Chile, 1972. Un grupo de intelectuales de izquierda toma un edificio para crear un Ministerio de Cultura, pero los obreros se oponen. Pactan convivir mientras esperan a Godoy, líder sindical, pero pronto las tensiones aumentan y la toma se disuelve, hasta que finalmente Godoy aparece con un discurso inesperado.

Chile, 1972. A group of leftist intellectuals take over a building to create a Ministry of Culture, but the workers oppose them. They agree to coexist while they wait for Godoy, the union leader, but tensions soon rise and the takeover is dissolved, until Godoy finally appears with an unexpected speech.
